A typical multi-housing project goes from signed agreement to move-in ready in about 8 months for a 100- to 150-unit project — timelines vary with size. On-site assembly takes as little as 4 days for a 12-unit building. The speed comes from running factory and site work in parallel.
We deliver 6-plex, 12-plex, 24-plex and 100+ unit configurations. The right format depends on the size of your land, zoning and your goals — we help you figure it out during a feasibility assessment.
You file the permits with your municipality. 8Module manages the full delivery — engineering, production, logistics, assembly with our RBQ-licensed crews and key handover. We provide all the technical documentation (plans, engineering reports) your municipality requires for your permit application. You work with one team, not a dozen subcontractors.
Our pricing is fixed* and locked in when the contract is signed. No change orders, no surprises. Your budget is confirmed before the first shovel goes in the ground. (Only force majeure events can change the terms.) The base costs incurred early in the project — urban planning, architecture, preliminary studies — may be credited against the total price if you sign your contract with us.
