We provide engineering documentation and architectural plans. Our internal network also includes surveyors, urban planners, notaries, specialized transporters and RBQ-certified modular contractors across Quebec.
You prepare the site up to the foundations and handle the exterior finishing. Meanwhile, we manufacture precise, CSA A277 certified, assembly-ready modules in our factory. We then take care of installation, sealing, electrical connection and plumbing. Engineering documentation and coordination support stay available from start to finish.
For a 12-unit building, on-site assembly takes about 4 days, and full delivery takes 60 days. Because modules are built indoors in our factory, weather does not delay production. That lets you schedule your crews and foundations on a far more predictable timeline than conventional construction.
