We deliver 6, 12 and 24-unit buildings, as well as projects of 100+ units, with 3½, 4½ and 5½ apartments. The right format depends on the size of your land, zoning and your goals, and we work it out with you during a feasibility assessment. Every format uses the same factory-built platform.
Yes. For an investor, the key question is how long it takes to reach first rental income. A 12-plex goes from land to keys in about 60 days, because factory production moves forward while the site is prepared. The fixed price*, locked in at signing, protects your pro forma from day one, with no cost overruns.
Yes. 8Module is based in Quebec and serves projects across the province. Transport beyond 100 km from Montreal or Quebec City is excluded from the fixed price*, though. Vehicle and crane access, which delivery and assembly require, is checked during the feasibility assessment of your land.
