No. A rough lot size, a municipality or a general development goal is enough to start a feasibility conversation.
8Module doesn't file the permits — that's your responsibility as the owner with your municipality. We provide all the technical documentation (plans, engineering reports, specifications) your municipality requires for your application.
Our platform is designed for multi-housing projects of 6-plex, 12-plex, 24-plex and 100+ units, from 1 to 4 storeys. We help you figure out the best format during feasibility.

The price depends on the number of units, the format (6, 12, 24-plex or larger) and your site conditions. After a feasibility assessment, 8Module gives you a fixed price*, locked in when the contract is signed. The fixed price excludes land, excavation and transport beyond 100 km from Montreal or Quebec City. Share your project in the form to get started.
For a 12-plex, plan on about 60 days from signing to key handover, with about 4 days of on-site assembly. A project of 100 to 150 units takes about 8 months. These timelines are possible because factory production moves forward while your site is being prepared.
