No. Our turnkey model is specifically built for landowners who want to develop their property without managing the construction process themselves.

We can help you understand the zoning on your land, as long as you provide the zoning grid, but it's the municipality that manages it. We review the zoning during the feasibility assessment and guide you through the municipal process.

A 6-plex needs about 10,000 sq. ft. Smaller lots can work depending on the zoning. We'll let you know during the feasibility assessment.
