Yes. We arrange visits to completed sites or sites under assembly, depending on location and production schedule.
8Module delivers across Quebec and throughout Canada. CSA A277 certification is a national standard, so we can work outside Quebec without changing process or quality standard. The fixed price* excludes transport beyond 100 km from Montreal or Quebec City.

We deliver 6-plexes, 12-plexes and 24-plexes, as well as projects of 100+ units. Apartments come in 3½, 4½ and 5½ layouts, up to 1,008 sq. ft. for a 5½. Every format uses the same factory-built, CSA A277 certified platform. The right choice depends on your land, zoning and goals.
A 12-plex goes from signed contract to key handover in about 2 months, and on-site assembly takes about 4 days. For a 100 to 150-unit project, plan on about 8 months. Factory production moves forward while the foundations and utilities are prepared on site, which is what makes these timelines possible.
